At CC’s, we take on all sizes and complexity of repair projects. Our standard practice is to have more extensive repair jobs brought to our own facility. This is where we have a wider selection of top-of-the-line equipment at our disposal, and can safely work indoors away from the elements. We have a fully loaded mobile welding unit that we can bring to your facility for smaller repair jobs.
Included in the welding repair projects we are known to take on are; structural repairs, equipment repairs, rebuilds, and demolishing old equipment to replace it with our newly fabricated parts.
We are always looking forward to repairing your project like new. If you see something below that you’ve been meaning to get repaired, or if you have any other kinds of projects you’ve been meaning to rebuild or have replaced, don’t hesitate to get in touch.

Trailer Frame Repair

This trailer came to us with “just a minor crack in need of repair.” The cracks along the frame were beyond repair. There just wasn’t enough material left to safely weld on. Our alternate solution – replace the front frame rail. The trailer left in like new condition.

Silo Repairs

There were two parts to this repair project; repair the silo, and fabricate a wind frame for the silo to sit on.
The silo was repaired on the job site, with the help of our mobile welding unit.
For the wind frame, each section was fabricated in our facility. Our team transported the fabricated wind frame sections back to the job site. A picker truck was brought in to hoist the sections which allowed our team to weld the pieces together, constructing the wind frame. The picker truck hoisted the silo on top of the wind frame, and our team finished the job.

Suction Box Replacement

This project was largely dependant on the elements cooperating, and being able to keep a lake drained long enough to dismantle an old suction box, and replace it with a brand new fabricated suction box from CC’s.
Repairing this suction box started in our facility, with the fabrication of a new suction box. Then, the team went out to the job site, in negative temperatures, to dismantle the old, non-functioning suction box and replace it with the new suction box.
